We are very happy with our Raasio built home. We met with Shane prior to the build and he helped us make important decisions on the project which involved clearing trees, installing the driveway, developing drawings and then working on the house. During the build, Jason was the lead and our main contact. Jason was excellent to work with and he really looked out for us and contacted us on any issues that he felt may concern us. This was very important since we were living downstate and we were not able to come up and watch the build. He pointed out several issues such as the kitchen windows were a little high. Addressing these unforeseen issues quickly kept the project on schedule and resulted in a good quality house. The basement was done in early fall and the house structure, windows and roofing were completed before the snow came. They were able to work through the winter and the house was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. We also appreciated that Raasio was able to take our home made hand drawings of our dream house and then make building drawings and then build the house. I believe John R. was responsible for making the drawings. John also communicated well with us in making the drawings and helping us fill in important details.
